How quickly will you despatch my order?

The majority of Candle Scents products are made to order.  Some items take longer to produce than others, but most should be ready for despatch within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment – usually sooner.  Please be aware that large orders may take slightly longer to fulfil.  If there is likely to be any significant delay with your order we shall let you know as soon as we know ourselves.  If you need your order urgently please let us know before ordering

 

(Candles are best left for a week or two - depending on size - after receipt before lighting, to allow them time to cure properly)

 

All p&p prices are based on packed weight and are for shipping within the UK only.  We will be pleased to ship worldwide; if you are outside the UK please contact us before placing your order so that we can obtain the correct shipping price for you based on packed weight.

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept payment by Debit or Credit Card  (UK customers only), Paypal, or Bank Transfer

 

 

How can I buy using Cash on Delivery

 

If you live within 5 miles of Wellingborough and your order value is between £10 and £50 you can benefit from free Cash on Delivery.  Place your order as usual but tick the Free Local Delivery box in the Shipping section and the Cash on Delivery box in the Payment section.  We will contact you to arrange a mutually-convenient delivery date and time

 

Cash on Delivery is not available for order values lower than £10 or higher than £50

 

 

I live about 15 miles away; can I still benefit from Cash on Delivery?

 

Yes, you can.  Please contact us before choosing the CoD option though as a delivery charge may apply. 

 

 

What happens if I change my mind?

 

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.  However if for any reason you change your mind and no longer require the goods please let us know in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods.  A refund will be made of the purchase price plus the original p&p costs paid by you.  Please note that only our standard flat-rate delivery charge of £3.50 will be refunded if applicable; if you choose to upgrade to a faster delivery any extra costs paid above the flat rate will not be refundable.  Return postage costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable

 

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

 

Although your order with be packaged with care, we do appreciate that sometimes parcels can be damaged in transit.  If any part of your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible after receipt so that the situation can be resolved. 

 

 

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?

 

If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us and we will quote a p&p price based on packed weight.
