SHIPPING/POSTAGE PRICES
All p&p prices are based on packed weight and are for shipping within the UK. We will be pleased to ship worldwide; if you are outside the UK please contact us and let us know the products you'd like before placing your order so that we can obtain the correct shipping price for you based on packed weight.
Our standard weight-based shipping option means that your order will usually reach you within 2 to 5 working days from the date of despatch. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is also given as an option for parcels weighing up to 5kg; please bear in mind however that although the delivery aim for this service is one working day, this is not guaranteed.
We also offer customers the option of using Collect+ at a cost of £5.29. This is a delivery to a participating Collect+ store rather than direct to you. If choosing this option please specify in the comments box at checkout which store you would like to collect from; you can find details of all participating stores on the Collect+ website - www.collectplus.co.uk. Parcels sent by this method take around 3 to 5 working days to reach your specified Collect+ store once your order has been despatched. You will be notified by email when your parcel reaches your local store and you can collect it at your convenience - it will be held for 10 days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT COLLECT+ CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ORDERS WITH A PACKED WEIGHT OF 10KG OR LESS. You can see the approximate packed weight when viewing your cart by clicking "Estimate Shipping"
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders over £40 (with the exception of Retail Packs). Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent using our standard service, which usually takes between 2 and 5 working days from despatch

Please do not tick the free shipping option or at checkout if your order contains items from this category; please select the weight-based shipping option
CASH ON DELIVERY - Free Local Delivery
If you live within a 5 mile radius of Wellingborough and your order value is between £10 and £50 and you would like to benefit from Cash on Delivery please select that option at checkout. Please also select Free Local Delivery in the shipping section. You will be contacted to arrange a mutually-convenient delivery date and time. Delivery will be free of charge
Please do not select this option if you do not live within 5 miles of Wellingborough
CASH ON DELIVERY - Delivery outside a 5 mile radius of Wellingborough
If you live within 20 miles of Wellingborough and your order value is between £10 and £50 and you would like to benefit from the Cash on Delivery option, please contact us before ordering to confirm that we can deliver to you and to discuss and agree any applicable delivery charge.
Cash on Delivery is not available for orders below £10. If your order is higher than £50 and you would like to benefit from this delivery option, please contact us before placing your order
